From 6.45am ::: Breakfast
An impressive buffet breakfast will be available in Katers Restaurant at Manor House, including for those booked at Craigieburn or other off-site accommodation.
No briefing this morning
We'll be busy getting cars in place for the display day this morning, so today's briefing happened last night at dinner.
10am-3pm ::: Italian car display and markets at Peppers Manor House
In conjunction with markets held in the grounds of Manor House, we'll be setting up an impressive display of Italian cars to wow the crowd. Other Italian marque car clubs have been invited, along with owners of Alfa Romeo Duetto spiders as a special feature display to acknoweldge the 60th anniversary this year of its release. AROCA day visitors are welcome to join this activity, but must be pre-booked for the display and lunch, or display only.
The markets are being run by professional market organisers from the Southern Highlands, who are actively promoting the event to the public as an Italian Car Display. There will be over 100 cars on show, 50 boutique market stalls, gourmet food trucks and live music.
Lunch will be a packed lunchbox provided by Manor House.
Optional Activity - after lunch you can join the optional activity, or just do your own thing like have a nap! You can book for the optional activity by emailing alfesta2026@gmail.com
1.30pm-3pm Bees and cocktails
$79 per person
Join with Hamish from Bowral Honey Farm and experience the magic of beekeeping with an immersive visit to the hives at Peppers Manor House. Your adventure begins with a guided walk to the on-site apiary, where you'll meet the bees hive-side and discover how a colony works - all while safely wearing a protective veil.
Back at the main house, you'll enjoy a curated honey tasting featuring the distinct flavours produced by the very bees you've just met.
Then it's time to get hands-on. You'll crush and strain a fresh frame of honey, watching liquid gold flow straight from the comb. From there, join our live cocktail-making session where you'll shake, stir and sip alongside the beekeeper, crafting cocktails with the honey you've just extracted. Enjoy two signature honey-based cocktails - a true farm‑to‑glass experience that blends nature, craftsmanship and a touch of lively fun. After all, the bees are of Italian genetic descent - think of them as the Alfa Romeos of the insect world: elegant, spirited and built for performance!
5pm ::: Bus leaves Craigieburn
The Alfesta bus will leave Craigieburn at 5pm to come to Manor House.
5.15pm ::: Pre-dinner drinks and music in the Great Hall, bar and courtyard
6.30pm ::: Theme dinner 'La Famiglia' in the Peppers function room
In Italian, la famiglia means "the family", but in pop culture it's associated with The Godfather, The Sopranos and every great mafia movie or series ever made. We'll be creating our own private club, The Long Tail Lounge, complete with peacock feathers and moody lighting. As part of the Alfisti family, dress in your preferred 1920s style, enjoy Italian food, perhaps a long tail cocktail, and dance to local jazz band Dixie Blues. Why the long tail lounge? Because 2026 is the 60th anniversary of the release of the model we all know as the duetto, or long tail spider.
10.30pm ::: Bus leaves Manor House
The Alfesta bus will leave Manor House at 10.30pm to return to Craigieburn.
Note: Unless stated otherwise, all bar drinks during Alfesta are at your own cost.
The event organisers have made every attempt to provide the latest information on this web site, however changes may occur to the actual Alfesta program.
